CommentLuv Dofollow blogs: 5 blogs to build backlinks now! [PART I]

NB: Here is PART II of this post

Dofollow Backlinks are a strong search engine ranking factor and one of the easy ways to get them is to drop comments on CommentLuv dofollow blogs.

Why?

Because this helps in your Off-page SEO strategies.

I know there are different methods to earn backlinks to your blog. The best actually is when you create epic content and the world just gets to linking back to it. But that means you have to wait for readers to start linking ๐Ÿ˜‰

Note that while I lay more emphasis on dofollow backlinks in this post, nofollow backlinks are also important in bringing an equilibrium to your link profile.Dofollow backlinks are simply backlinks that are like a bridge between 2 web pages for search spiders to cross over!

For instance…

If you have a dofollow backlink on Page A on Blog A, once search spiders are crawling that Page A, they will ‘cross’ on the link to your own page, transferring link juice or recommendation from page A to your page. This of course will positively affect the SERP position of your page.

Nofollow backlinks on the other hand are like a broken bridge. If your backlink on Page A carries the nofollow tag (making it a nofollow backlink) , that’s simply telling search spiders ‘Stop’

My recommendation

Before we look at these 6ย blogs to comment on for dofollow backlinks, I recommend you grab your own copy of CommentLuv Premium. It has great advantages that will help boost your blog.

The first is that it will encourage comments and engagement on your blog. It will help drive more traffic to your blog as other blogs will write and mention yours as a commentluv enabled blog.

5 CommentLuv Dofollow blogs to EASILY built backlinks!

I know there are quite a good number of them out there but we are starting from somewhere.

1 –ย EnstineMuki.com

The first blog on this list of CommentLuv dofollow blogsย I recommend you comment on for dofollow backlinks is this one. Yes my blog. But I don’t give out backlinks to everyone that drops a comment. I give it out to repeat authors. I have set my commentluv to automatically give you backlinks if you have 10+ ย approved comment on this blog.

CommentLuv dofollow blogs

By the time you have 10 comments, we would have built a relationship and you know that’s what makes blogging exciting. You will also have the chance to be invited to feature on my blog as blogger of the week.

2 –ย Poweraffiliateclub.com

PAC is a wonderful community (and a sure member on my list of commentLuv dofollow blogs) where members help themselves grow in Affiliate Marketing. Founded by two wonderful friends Monna Ellithorpeย and Lesly Dederici.

What’s interesting about PAC is the quality of members. These are well filtered real bloggers who are working together, buying from each other and helping others earn affiliate commission.

Commenting on PAC is a blessing. Not only will the member reciprocate, you also get a dofollow backlink on your commentluv comment.

commentlu enabled dofollow blogs

3 – Davidmerrill101.com

David Merrill is a wonderful blogger who ends at nothing to publish epic content on his blog. With Donna Merrill, they both form a wonderful blogging couple.

I read David’s blog not just because of the dofollow juice. His articles are really a resource and one of them is his latest post on Affiliate Marketing. ย If you want to be able to write commission-attracting affiliate review posts, check out this post

dofollow backlinks on commentluv blogs

4 – Shermansmithblog.com

Sherman Smith is an exceptional blogger whose blog is on one of those top of my list. Not only does Sherman give out dofollow, his blog is a wonderful resource site.

Proof?

Check out his post on 5 must have WordPress plugins. Sherman twisted this most in a different way and made it outstanding.

commentlu enabled dofollow sites

5 – Trainingmlmsecrets.com

This is one of the blogs I just discovered and found out its author is giving out dofollow backlinks on commentluv comments.

I found quite interesting posts and most of my good friends and commenting on Emi’s blog so I thought this is a good one to go on the list of commentLuv dofollow blogs.

dofollow backlinks commentluv blogs

Just one more thing…

While it’s exciting to drop commentsย on commentluv dofollow blogsย and be instantly rewarded with a backlink, I’d like to ask you to focus more on building relationships. That’s the best thing you ever get commenting on other blogs.

The links, the referral traffic, the mention, etc are all good. But hooking up and maintaining a relationship with the blogger is better.

Why?

Your community grows and real people get to talking about you, linking to your content (contextual backlinks), buying your products, clicking your affiliate links, sharing your posts on social media, etc.

How do you know a link is Nofollow/Dofollow?

Now, there are easy ways to quickly know whether or not a link on a webpage is dofollow. One of these ways is to use a browser extension.

In the screenshots above, you noticed that the nofollow links are surrounded by red dots. That’s because I use Google Chrome with this extension.ย Once enabled, any external link on any page you visit will be checked and marked appropriately.

What do you know next?

There are 3 things I’d like you to do from here;

  1. Share this post on social media. I’ll be so excited to see it on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc so thanks for helping promote.
  2. Drop a comment below. Let me know what you think about this post. I want you to help us discover more commentluv dofollow blogs. So please if you know of any (even if it is yours), drop in in the comment too.
  3. Go check out these blogs I have listed. Signup to their lists and make sure you check them each time there is a new post. Don’t just comment for the linkback. Comment to add value.

That’s it …

Let me hear from you about theseย commentluv dofollow blogs.

I have been digitally ‘up and down’ Google today ๐Ÿ™‚ searching for good quality information about blogs that have the commentluv plugin. I believe it’s more important to focus on quality rather than just quantity. Your post clearly has the quality aspect.

I have checked out the Power Affiliate Club and David Merill’s blog too and they seemed to have dropped the plugin since the time of this post though…

    Hey Sheeroh,
Good to have you here and thanks for the engagement.
CommentLuv has not been updated since last year and its author Andy is not in good shape. I don’t know what’s happening now as the commentluv.com site is even broken. Many people are kicking the plugin off their blogs. If I do not get any update too, I’ll do same as this could be dangerous keeping a plugin that’s not updated.

Off to your blog I go

your post is great Off-page SEO strategies thanks for share it
part of web journals and destinations that rank on main 10 comes about with no backlinks to that post additionally I’d found that neither their substance was too great or a medium to long length stuff yet some of them were positioning. Is there whatever else that we can do to accomplish that addition in rankings. I ponder dofollow connections are not all that essential however, nonetheless they do convey great juice to a substance positioning. Indeed, even no take after connections can do great things to someones blog. As indicated by my examination and analyses while blogging, I’d discovered that nofollow interfaces in the above mid substance passes great juice, as opposed to at the most reduced base. ie: remark area. Nofollow lins from the base of the page do only at the highest point of the substance region truly does.

This is not a criticism but I would like to point out to you though, the way the list is formatted on the page here is not great, the reason being when copied and pasted into a txt file, Word doc or spreadsheet it is transposed as one big block with all the URLs following on from each other rather than each one on a separate line.

I do believe that one should not make comment on a blog just for the sake of getting a backlink but equally we can’t ignore the importance of back links so while doing any qualitative work we should not forget to meet the quantitative requirements as well.

Enstine, good afternoon. As a faithful student I visited one of the resource personnel you recommended- Adrienne Smith and was rewarded with a free ebook on how to move my online business forward using my blog as a very viable platform. I appreciate her kind gesture and wish to thank her.

While on this site, I also realised the importance of belonging to a community of like minds. That doing it alone does not resonate with current trends on online marketing which emphasise giving or helping people achieve their goals. I think this is a noble conept because when people are empowered that you get empowered.

On the commentLuv plugin, may I know why most people are not using it, even the free version which is equally effective? Is it ignorance or maybe there exists better alternatives?

George - February 10, 2016

Hi Enstine, as a faithful student I have tweeted your content, I have visited Adrienne Smith’s website @adriennesmith.net and downloaded her free ebook on how I can take my online business to the next level. I am most grateful to you first, for pointing me to her site and to her also for being so generous to give me her free ebook.
On the issue of making money online and the myths surrounding it, I think it stems from the hype associated with early marketers who created the impression one could make money from THIN AIR. You and I know that this is far from reality.

The pursuit for the proverbial internet buck becomes even more elusive even when newbie online marketers are told that when you build your blog, visitors will come – what a lie. SO we are in a fix. Hear what Adrienne had to say about some of these hurdles ” A lot of people also donโ€™t have the right connections or the funds to hire the right
coaches to help them or buy courses or products that can teach them more ways to
reach some of these goals quicker.”… In summary, my understanding is that there is just no short- cut to building a sustanable and viable business other to learn from people who are already sucessful, implement what you learn, endeavor to build a community and be helpful as much as possible and then be patient. An your day of laughter will surely come knocking.
Thanks a lot!

Enstine, I have always learnt something new and useful while on your site. I have come to appreciate the fact that dropping links on other blogs just for backlinks without actually contributing to the community is not very good practise.

But I am also aware that in most cases, people plying this root are internet newbies with no much knowlege about how online environment operates. So essentially, they are learning from people like you. How are they going to contribute meaningfully to the community when their knowledge base is limited?
On the subject of backlinking, is it the index/home page that is to be linked in the “website” window or other posts on your website can be linked to as well?

Hello Enstine,
I really like you blog. Always interesting and can find something nice to read.
For checking if link is do follow I use two methods:
1) Google Chrome extension (as you wrote)
2) Looking at source page (right click- view source), searching the link and see if there rel=”nofollow” in it.
Would like to say my blog also give do follow links.

Thanks James.

Enstine

There is another one Enstine I am finding pretty good. Kikolani.com I don’t have a checker to see if comment luv links are dofollow or not.

But the guest posting and it does seem to be predominantly a guest blogger site are pretty good. It is running comment luv premium and it is a pretty powerful site. Over 9 years old, a PR 5 and DA50. I doubt it is set to dofollow since it does not require 10 approved comments.

But either way, this is now 2 of the 10 I am looking for. It is a strong site, the content is very good where you can really go there and read it and the comment luv premium works on your first comment. Although it may not be dofollow. Which for me really doesn’t make any difference on why I go to a blog to begin with.

I am going to use this post Enstine as a anchor reference on Comment Luv in the dofollow, nofollow, comment luv section of the post.

The post is about comment sections, different types and how bloggers seem to vary on this subject all over the place from eliminating them completely, running disqus, using all nofollow, all dofollow, mixture of both, basic default WordPress to very enhanced. Since there is a subsection on comment luv and that is one of the things I am going to add, I felt this was a rather good reference post.

Well Enstine, thank you. This is the post I will see if Comment Luv picks it up. This one is 5107 words so pack a lunch if you come. Your linked as a authority anchor toward the bottom in the section on Comment Luv.

You might want to wait a bit though. This thing wore me out with 5 days and 60 revisions by the time I hit publish, and I am adding Comment Luv as my very next thing I do. Right now I need lunch and a nap really bad first though.

Well, I thought Comment Luv was going to be more problematic then that. After replying to you I installed the plugin. It is the free version for the moment, but I was rather surprised that it allows the last 10 post also. I thought it took the premium for that option. So I tested it off another browser with a different user account targeting my own blog and up pops the last 10 post to choose from along with the comment.

Incredibly easy and so far I seriously like it.

I did go and read Adrienne Smiths latest post you recommended to me. It was pretty good. I will have to go and search her site to look for some others to see if I can get a feel for what she writes, how she writes and so on.

The really interesting experience though was more the comment section itself. Since she probably gets more comments, responds to more comments then I blog. I am wondering if that is actually a envious position to be in or not. In one way it is since allot of comments means allot of users. How they weighs itself out though on why they are there to begin with can be quite different.

As you can see I responded to Adrienne, I personally don’t need a relationship to link a blogger, since on merit, authority or whatever the case may be, they can be linked and I link up a whole lot just off that issue and no, I never mention it to them at all or have a relationship with many of them. But yes, a relationship with them on top of merit is probably going to result in a whole lot more referencing links directly in post and pages as payback on top of merit.

So I will have to read allot more of Adrienne’s post since my relationships are quite often one sided ones the other person never knows about. I link bloggers off my site that sometimes I really don’t even like them, but on certain topics there work is just so good it deserves it anyhow, or maybe they are starting up, trying hard and decent and could use a little help.

I am trying to imagine though being in a position of such renown as a commenter, you are so sought after people need to post at least 10 times, build a relationship, be liked to get a dofollow link and some never do. That is rather incredible. I hope someday I am a good enough blogger I have that kind of problem purely over content, which really seldom if ever happens, because as soon as your popular for whatever reason, if your doing even those nofollow links, here come the commenters.

Yes, she gets more comments and I like that she takes time to reply to them all. Her comments are engaging and coming from real readers, and for the most part, bloggers.

If you take time to go through her blog, you’ll find out she’s written quite much about the topic and relationship building ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks for keeping the conversation warm, buddy

I read another one of Adrienne’s post about baby boomers and blogging. Which was also rather good. I think you will find it as the 3rd one from the top. It was especially interesting to me since she said she is 58 and I just happen to also be 58. She is talking about whether baby boomers should do blogging and coincidentally at 57 I took this up.

I did of course leave a comment since I found the post rather interesting. It went to moderation and didn’t take. As you can see, I don’t always fill in my website address. Typically I only fill it in on a first comment on a post and any replies or additional comments I don’t, which might have been why you were saying on one you were trying to figure out if that was me.

And generally speaking I don’t link on comment luv unless my post is very directly about the one I read, or being cited in one I am writing.

Maybe this makes me inverse to typical flow on blogs that attract bloggers with website addresses and a bit harder to identify. I don’t worry about whether a web address takes to begin with and only put it in once on a post I might return to a bunch of times in replies. I think on Adrienne’s second post I read I didn’t even add the website address.

But I find her, I believe you said highly resourceful and I agree. Frankly I think she is also quite the resource since she already has me thinking about a new post about comment sections, which might also heavily include comment luv.

That could take a month or more to have the experience to write that post, but on this one I think she will be the inspirational muse for it and probably one of the major authority anchor reference links on the post, whether there is ever a dofollow comment link on Adrienne’s site or not.

That are comment sections good or bad for blogs post actually did rank well on a very direct precise query, which doesn’t happen all that often that you can find your post high on exact keyword search. So Google identified that 5007 word post quite well for exactly what it was.

If a dofollow commentluv link here, and linking you in it to here helped and it probably did, I thank you very much for the help.

However, I think that Google was much more concerned with DoFollows contextual. Well, Enstine, I finally got to this post, almost 10 days after you posted it.

Now, that’s not the best way to run your blog. It’s best to respond as early on as possible on a comment thread in order to get maximum backlink juice from the traffic that will ensue over the days that follow it’s publication.

As an online marketer, though, there are always so many pressing matters, and I was in my “cave” producing a new WSO (digital info product) that just got released, so my blogging was on the back burner.

All that aside, I’m glad to get here, and want to thank you for recommending that folks visit my blog.

I work hard at delivering information that people can really use in their business, so to have that recognition from a top blogger like yourself is a great validation for that effort.

Now this post is especially interesting to me because I’m really no SEO expert, and I always get confused with the do-follow, no-follow thing. This really made it clear to me, for the first time.

It also makes it clear what a really important plugin CommentLuv Premium is. I can’t imagine all the extra hard work and time it takes to build backlinks to your blog if you’re not using this plugin, so I’d certainly get on board with highly…. highly recommending it to any blogger who doesn’t have it, yet.

Another excellent post, my friend.

Commentluv Premium makes it quite easy to get those backlinks. Though Google’s recently changes has affected it so badly, it still can do some magic.

Do have a wonderful week ahead Dav as I hope to hear from you again about your WSO

In any case, relationship is always better. Like I mentioned in the post, while the links are good, we should focus on hooking up with blog owners. The long term benefits outweigh the instant link ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yes you have proven to be on the better side of building relationships and that will pay off big time.

Hey Enstine,

Great write-up Indeed. When I first read the title, I never know this would be the Idea. It’s pretty awesome. After 10 comments getting a do-follow is like a reward. Because commenting on the reputed blogs were already helping us to build relationships, get backlinks, learn new things like I did today. Along with all these, a do-follow sounds awesome.

However, I’m following your write-ups now, I will try be active on other blogs too. Thanks for sharing. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hey Enstine,

Value packed post my friend. Thanks for sharing. As you had asked I shared this post on social media and I am leaving my comment right now. I am a frequent reader of your blog and Adrienne’s blog. The other 4 blogs I will be sure to check out. I’ll add them to my to-do list:)

I can certainly see the value in CommentLuv Premium and will look to implement on my blog in the future, but my focus is on building relationships. Even though we are online plugging away on our laptops we are real people. Real people build relationships and that should be everyone’s focus in my opinion. Not dropping a comment for the link juice.

Building relationships take time and I will be sure to be selective in giving a dofollow link once I have CommentLuv up and running myself.

Have a great day Enstine!

Hi Enstine

Thanks for this great list and the helpful explanation.

Most of those blogs I already comment on, because I enjoy reading the articles, and I hadn’t bothered too much about the follow / no-follow debate. But it’s good to know.

I don’t use Chrome much, I have been using Firefox mostly, but perhaps that extension you wrote about is a good reason to start using it.

Thanks for more valuable information as always, Joy

Hi Enstine,

This is a nice round-up of really wonderful blogs. I do read most of them. I however only comment because I want to build a relationship with the blogger. I feel building relationships are more important than simply going to blogs for link juice.

I do love your blog and a lot of the blogs you mentioned because of the content on them. When bloggers are genuinely interested in improving the lives of their readers, it really shows. Thanks for putting together this list. I will visit the other blogs I have checked out before and familiarize myself with their content.

    Hey Chioma,

Good to see you here today and thanks for taking time to leave a comment.

I mentioned that though backlinks from comment is good, networking is better. The long run benefits are far more that comment links. You end up getting contextual links, mentions, shares, sales, etc and I see you are on the right path.

While we drop comments on these blogs to instantly get those links, let’s make those comments attractive so as to hook up with those blog owners.

Thanks for adding value to the post dear friend. Do have a wonderful weekend ahead

Hey Enstine,

I saw you mention this post on Facebook and I made the same comment there. Your title says to “easily” build dofollow links and we both know it’s not as easy over at my place. (((wink wink)))

I have mine set at 10 comments before you’ll receive a dofollow link. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll receive one just because it’s set like that because we both know with CommentLuv Premium we have the choice of keeping it at a dofollow or making it a nofollow.

There are some bloggers who stop by my place and until I feel comfortable about the blogger themselves then I won’t give them a dofollow link. There are some that visit me that will never get a dofollow link.

Why you might ask?

If you’re really interested in building a relationship with me then over time I’ll consider that but there are some people who comment on my site who are there for the right reasons but I just am not that keen on their sites.

I personally feel that if people stopped obsessing over the link juice and focused more on the relationship part of it then that will end up paying off for them so much more in the long run. You definitely know what I mean by that.

Getting a dofollow link for a comment is nothing compared to getting one for being mentioned in the post itself. Yep, those are the ones you want to go after and just like you mentioning me here, because we’ve built up that relationship and you know my site is worthy of that type of link juice you’ve given me a dofollow link in this post. I would have to say that Google loves those so much more. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks my friend for the mention and another great lesson. I always appreciate it and you have yourself a fabulous ending to this already wonderful week.

    Hey Adrienne,
You very correct and I mentioned that in the post. Though the link is good, building a relationship is better.

Once you connect with someone, you are going to get not just a comment link but contextual links and mentions and citations. These all are great SEO factors.

That’s what real bloggers should understand. While SEO agents rush behind links, dropping poor quality comments, we should focus on good quality comments and the links will follow.

Good to see you here today Adrienne and thanks for taking out time to drop a comment

    Oh! Happy birth day ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Hey there Adrienne

“Getting a dofollow link for a comment is nothing compared to getting one for being mentioned in the post itself.”

I think that might have something to do with why Enstine recommended you in my comment section. Beyond the fact my last post was about comment sections, contained allot about relationships, and I was going to try comment luv on my blog.

Because I took this up on my own accord, the referencing people, sites, post in my post and all over my site. I do go for authority type anchors, but when I pick them I tend to use the ones I not only view as something of a authority, or similar, but also payback to them for linking off their comment section.

That is why Harsh Agrawal and Shoutmeloud is probably linked at least half a dozen times either in post naturally as a authority anchor post link on a subject, or in pages as direct unique domain referrals. Harsh and I don’t even have a relationship, but there is two factors playing out here. On some subjects he is definitely a solid authority link. And looking at my link profile, oh, there is Shoutmeloud rather heavily from me posting on his site.

And I do the same with Rakesh, and started doing it with Enstine for the same factors. On some post they are simply very good referencing links to put directly in that post. And there is the issue of give and take. You actually can’t just take since the blog owner controls that vehicle. They are actually giving it to you on a approval of a request, but if they do I recognize the fact they are, so it most definitely deserves the give back, whether there is a personal relationship going on or not.

But I understand what you’re saying. After reading a blogger allot, I may simply like them or their work and I will often directly domain referral purely off merit alone and they would never even know it.

After reading enough of Adrienne Smith, I might just think, you know, I think since my intention of the site is part blog, part blogger listings, Adrienne Smith’s blog should be listed and recommended here, whether she ever knows, ever likes me, or ever links me or not. Or maybe she belongs as a reference link in a post and whether I tell her or not actually really has nothing to do with it.

You know almost everyone had the ‘dofollow’ turn on but when Google started striking, that created some panic and bloggers fearing Google’s penalties switched the option off.

However, I think Google was much more concerned about contextual dofollows. I have not seen or heard of anyone that got stroke because of comment dofollow so that makes me comfortable with my settings.

      Hi Enstinemuki,

I’d seen a lot of blogs and sites that rank on top 10 results without any backlinks to that post also I’d found that neither their content was too good or a medium to long length stuff but still some of them were ranking. Is there anything else that we can do to achieve that increment in rankings. I wonder dofollow links are not so important though, however they do bring good juice to a content ranking. Even no follow links can do good things to someones blog. According to my research and experiments while blogging, I’d learned that nofollow links in the above mid content passes good juice, rather than at the lowest bottom. ie: comment section. Nofollow lins from the bottom of the page do nothing but at the top of the content area really does.
