I love this idea that just popped into my brain – blog commenting contest. This is coming up on this blog this month. Well, I intend to keep it rolling

I want to make it easy so anyone can win – $25, $50, $100 and more. My readers and commentators are precious visitors so I just want to give them an opportunity to earn money doing what they already have been doing – commenting on this blog!

This question is very specific. It deals with the amount of money one can make with just one blog. And that’s the exact question I got asked the other day by an old time friend.

We just met after years of not knowing the where about of each other. My friend has grown so big, a father of 2 too and an accountant in a company here in Douala.

My immediate answer to him was “you can make from zero to thousands of dollars”. A lot of factors are involved and that’s what I want us to discuss in this post.

In the month of January this year 2014, I got a pleasant email from Harleena Singh, the brain behind Aha-now, to guest post on aha-now. That was a huge opportunity at the beginning of the year. I know posting content to a site like this will not be easy – why? The reason simply is that this site features exceptional content so if my post has to go through the screening wall, it has to have a lot of meat 😉

One of my loyal subscribers sent a mail to me with the exact subject line “How do you make money on twitter ?” I got back to him in my reply and said I was not going to give him a single line of answer and promised I was going to create this post in an attempt to answer the question in more details.

I know like him, there are many online wondering what the hell is the method to make money on Twitter. Twitter like Facebook and some other Social Media platforms can be monetized but you have to apply caution. Any uncontrolled attempt to generate income on Twitter can lead you down the stairs.
