I use Mailchimp. Thank god for their recent UI and UX revamp. It was really difficult to use as the UI was so cluttered and the UX was not seamless. You needed to use it repeatedly to remember the workings. And, I am more of a plug and play guy.

Actually, I was seriously considering moving to Constant Contact, but now, it shall no longer be necessary.
